We are seeking a well-experienced office manager with demonstrated accounting and bookkeeping skills. College degree required. Responsibilities include balancing daily revenue and expenses, accounting for payroll, scheduling employees, and staffing front office. Efficient cash handling skills, and must able to be bonded (insured). Must have reliable transportation, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Database management and have excellent communication skills. Must have confidence in communication in a high volume guest service business. Must be a self-motivating, self-starting, energetic and enthusiastic problem solver with the ability to think out of the box, and quickly to solve staff and guest issues as they arise. Must possess friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable phone skills handling heavy call volume. Flexible part-time hours starting at $10.00 per hour. Great for stay at home mom, or retired CPA.

Compensation: $10.00 per hour/flexible hours/8-24 hours per week
 

This candidate should be a theater, recreation, or communications major, or aspire to master these skills. Public speaking, internet and computer skills (MS word, Excel, Outlook and Power point essential), as well as organizational and communication skills a necessity for this high impact, high volume guest interaction position. Knowledge of music, video, light and sound programming necessary.W-4 Supervising staff (stage management) is essential, as well as coordinating guest inquiries, solving guest issues, and the ability to skate on quads or inline skates pretty mandatory. Must be a quick learner, possess high energy, and be a problem solver. This is a part-time, seasonal position with flexible hours.

This high energy candidate would be responsible for the high impact, high volume guest interaction by phone and in person (no telemarketing). Coordinating a master calendar of events, with excellent money handling skills, processing revenue and limited staff supervision. This candidate will learn all program information relating to the entertainment venue, and be a quick learner, a self-starter, and a problem solver. High energy heavy phone volume skills is mandatory. Must have MS Word, Excel, and Power point experience. Will monitor email for birthday party reservations, as well as handle birthday party reservations over the phone, replying to the messages left after hours for program information, booking private party and birthday parties, as well as being the information central of all skating programs. This is a permanent part-time position with stable hours 10 am to 7 pm.

Compensation: $6.75 to $10.00 per hour/stable 40 hours per week 10 am-7 pm, Monday and Thursday off.
 

This candidate would be responsible for the physical and direct contact with a high volume of guests, and the management of their social interaction. This candidate should have no fear of public speaking, or leading a team. This candidate is the core of the entertainment operations and should be familiar with Music, Video, sound and lights. This candidate should have an interest in entertainment to guests of all ages, and all music formats, as well as an interest in stage management, lighting and sound. A technical interest including computer skills and the ability to skate on quads or inline skates is mandatory. This is a permanent part-time position with availability nights and weekends. Great for College student interested in digital music, lights, sound, video programming, and interacting and entertaining children.

Serving and Preparing quick service food items to guests in a high volume atmosphere, as well as handling small guest groups, as well as birthday parties with outstanding guest service skills, and great problem solving skills. All training will be provided. This is a part-time seasonal position with availability nights and weekends.

This candidate should be experienced with minor lighting, wiring and electrical installation and maintenance, potential for small plumbing repair, as well as simple HVAC and general maintenance skills. Duties will be primarily to maintain the cleanliness of the operations, and be able to fix or repair certain minor defects, as well as an excellent technical problem solver in order to provide an excellent guest show on stage, and safe experience back stage. This is a permanent part-time position with reliable transportation and week day availability. This candidate should not have a fear of heights. Occasionally working on a 14 foot ladder and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally is essential.
