Please Read Before Purchasing Membership or otherwise entering the facility All guests acknowledge that by entering this property, facility, purchasing a membership to Arkansas Skate University, and/or admission to the Crystal Palace Skate Center facility that Roller Skating is an activity subject to injuries, which may result from a number of possible causes. By entering the facility or by purchasing admission, skate rental, or membership, our guest acknowledges and accepts this risk. In accordance with Arkansas Health Department Regulations, outside food and beverages may not be brought into, or consumed inside the facility at any time.

Smoking and GUM CHEWING are prohibited at all times inside the facility.

All hats, shoes, coats and cell phones must be securely locked in a coin-operated locker for your safety. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. These Items should not be used while skating. Foul language, disruptive or unbecoming behavior or attire is not tolerated in this facility. Skates must be worn at all times inside the building except for Parent spectators supervising their children. You skate at your own risk. We DO NOT carry medical insurance.

There are no in-and-out privileges. If you leave the facility, you must pay admission to re-enter the facility. Parents are welcomed to supervise their children anytime, at no charge. If a parent spectator wants to become a participant, they must pay for admission and skate rental.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. There are no cash refunds. Falling is a normal part of skating. For your safety, when participating in sports, be cautious and courteous and remember the management is not responsible for accidents. Failure to follow posted safety rules or instructions can result in serious injury to self or others.

All Skates must be checked upon entry! Protruding nuts or bolts, and black rubber brakes may cause damage to the roller floor and are prohibited. Conversion kits are available for $14.95 in the Skate N Stuff Shop. Thank you for your cooperation, patience and understanding.
